"This will be the second time I get financed for a car through American Eagle. I have nothing but great things to say about this bank, they have great customer service, very competitive rates and a very pleasant atmosphere. Victor Hernandez assisted us with the financing of our new auto loan, he walked us through the documents we needed to fill and explained the whole process. We submitted our documents in which afterward we would return to complete and sign the documentation. We were returning when we realized traffic was very severe and set us back. I called Victor to explain we were running very late, 5pm to be exact. He told us it would be fine and he actually waited for us to arrive! We were very grateful for him to wait for us, this allowed us to get the financing for our car that very day.
