"I'm new to cycling and Zion Cyclery came highly recommended and for good reason. Their service department is stellar. First off, no one treated me like I was stupid for my ignorance, which was a breath of fresh air. Everyone was always super helpful answering my questions in detail and even did their best to find 13 wide cycling shoes for me. I brought in a used bicycle that had some very mismatched parts for a tune-up and new cassette. The mechanics were in contact with me every step of the way, informing me of issues, presenting me with options, letting me know when part shipments were expected and completing the work quickly and doing an awesome job. It rides so much better now! Nikko, the Sales Manager, does incredible work. He did my bike fit with me and I couldn't be happier. He made sure to ask what bike fit problems I was having and focused on them. Now I feel like I'm riding in a comfortably in a pocket instead of riding on top of my bike. Even more, they want you to follow up on your fit to make sure it continues to work for you. I will definitely be going back to Zion Cyclery."
