"Was shopping for a coat and was racially profiled. Was followed around until I walked through the metal detector. Instead of asking if they could start a dressing room, I was asked if items I had not tried could be left at the register. In 15 mins I was approached multiple times. As I tried on coats I had two white male staff standing on either side of me talking to each other, meanwhile other customers set off the metal detector repeatedly. My near white husband walked in (while I was shopping)and had a completely different experience, wasn’t harassed not once. I shop at LL Bean often enough, but this was my first time at this location and being treated like this. We ended up getting a coat from Eddie Bauer instead."

This store has an amazing ability to convince us that we need another pair of $40 socks almost every visit. The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. Never a bad experience.
