I was supporting a family of 5 kids but didn’t have enough money raised to buy their requested bike and helmet. However, after reaching out to Greg, he graciously donated a wonderful bike and helmet for this family in need. I am very thankful for his contribution. "I dropped off a pair of Canondale bikes to be tuned up and have them look at a shifter that would not change gears. After I picked them up and went for a ride, it was obvious they didn’t look at the bike. The gear that wouldn’t shift still wouldn’t and the newly installed brake pad was crooked and could not make contact. They then offered to replace the shift lever at cost with no labor charge. The shifters they installed were cheaper to buy on Amazon than their supposed cost not to mention they installed it where the gear indicator faces the front so you can not even see what gear you are in. $200 plus a couple of trips down the toilet. Update The owner did contact me by phone to apologize for what happened. He was sincere and offered to make things right."
