"I am extremely disappointed in the services that is being provided to me, thus far. Not sure what the issue is, but today was a complete letdown. I needed a ride to an industrial park and was told the road were bad because of a dusting of snow and this other story about schools being closed. I was able to book with burlington, so thank God for them, but the worst part is, omw to my bus, I saw multiple shuttles running, so I definitely will not be using them for my most important affairs. I can't afford not to show up, but I thought I'd share this nightmare of an experience."

"OATS drivers are super kind and reliable, and the scheduling people are also great. The vehicles are always VERY clean and the drivers regularly sanitize the vehicles to help prevent infection spread. Generally really easy to get a ride scheduled quickly."

"Do not work for this company. The HR director (Chantel) is very conniving & judgmental. She stares you up & down to see what you’re wearing. She be hating low key. The employees gossip, envy one another & are full of drama. They will fire you based off what another employee says about you w/o talking to you first. The employees are old & weird. Underpaid & no overtime. Dispatch controls your hours."

"First day ever using their service. Driver Dan was very personable and talked with us on our way home from St. Clare. Note: Call as soon as you know of an appt, because they book up. Office staff were very helpful when our appt ran overtime, and they let our driver know and they waited for us. We appreciated this service being available."
