"Went in for a waxing ($29) and said to do a full service tuneup ($79), if needed. Worker charged extra to put the bindings back on ($10), for a small scratch on the board ($20), and a rush fee ($30) to get the board back 5 days later. The scratch would’ve come out in 1 or 2 times through the machine at the max. Craziest part - after all that, the bindings were loose and needed to be tightened when getting it back. Tried to give a local business a try, but lesson learned and next time going to REI where it would’ve been $50 total for the member full service tuneup."

"Great experience all around. My daughter needed new skis/boots/bindings/poles and my son needed new snowboard/boots/bindings. I read in the comments boot fitting appointments were recommended. Called Monday after and had no issue making appointment for both at 6pm same day. Mike helped my daughter out with her fitting and getting her the proper gear at the price point that I was looking at Chris helped my son with his first snowboard and boot fitting. Again, great service. The other couple of employees were very friendly and helpful. They were not pushy and only made good suggestions. Thanks again to the staff and we'll definitely be back as we need more gear."

"They incorrectly sized my gf into wrong size boots. She ended up having to eat several hundred by getting a new pair. I stopped in, looking for a specific sized board, and they wouldn't give up trying to sell me a smaller sized board which would have way too much overhang for me. They are just looking for a sell / trying to get rid of existing inventory."

"I’m new to skiing so made an appointment for a boot fitting to purchase boots and skis. Called to cancel my boot fitting due to weather and when i said my last name the man immediately hung up on me. Is that really how you treat customers? I Couldn’t even reschedule for another time because he hung up the second i gave my last name. I’ll take my business elsewhere."

"I stopped in for a screw for my old Ride bindings, and the young man helping me I believe was Chris. He spent some time looking for it. Got one and my son was able to get on the hill for the first time. The following week I took my son in for his own board. We were happy to see Chris, he helped us and was super knowledgeable. Take care of this guy, I would hire him in a minute!!"
