"I have a high risk pregnancy and requested an accommodation for my child to be released closer to me since there’s no one else to pick her up. They belittled me and told the school that they are already “jumping through hoops” to drop off my child—-within the school district. Worst staff possible. It took me threatening them to get something done to accommodate me. God forbid if something happened to my child, it would have fallen on me and have been my fault—-even with requesting these accommodations."
"Great pay for new hires. The loyalty from the company to the older employees is not the best. They truly don't treat them with respect and honesty very few of the staff actually acknowledge you when you walk into the building. Not very warm and welcoming unless you are a new hire and they are trying to get you in the door."
"We were driving north on route 67 at eh intersection of Northport Drive at 10:22 am 9/1/2023. There were 4 or 5 short buses on Northport waiting to make a right hand turn to go north on 67. The buses had a red light. We had the green light. 2 may be 3 buses made the right on red with time to spare to avoid on coming traffic. Bus number 111 Pulled out right in front of us. Don't know what the driver excuse was but her boss needed to send her back to training. Thank goodness there were no students on the bus and we we able to hit the brakes to avoid hitting bus 111."
"My son has been in school for two years now and every year his bus is either way to early or ten minutes late and when he gets dropped off it’s 30 minutes late to the times I’m given for pick up and drop off. Everytime I call the bus company they don’t pickup. Literally the worst bus company for children. There’s absolutely no communication."
