"Ordered the Felon offset Driver and the SnakeBite offset fairway woods on Monday 8/21, they were shipped the next day and I received them today 8/24 by 11am. Ive already been to the range with them and LOVE THEM. I have yet to try them on the course but will be doing that tomorrow. So far they are great clubs and for the price, you just cant beat em. Havent had to deal with Customer Service, if I do need to, I hope that they are as good as the product itself."

"Customer service is top notch. I purchased a driver shaft from them with tip and grip installed. Pricing was great. Unfortunately, the screw that holds the driver head in place cracked about 15 swings in. I had been careful not to over tension so I suspect the screw had flaw. Called customer support, explained the situation, and had a replacement order on its way within 10 minutes. Bummed that it broke in the first place, but I'm happy getting a replacement was so easy."
