"I have a same as cash account which I have had for a little over a year with them I have never been over a day or two late and they are calling everybody on my list regarding payment I go in to make a payment and the so call manager tells me a totally different amount than what I normally pay saying something about the same as cash like I said I have had this account for over a year and been paying the same amount since then or a little over his also started they don’t give computer printed receipts on the weekends he would have to give me a hand written receipt I was not happy with that he was very rude and unprofessional this was at the St.Charles location his last statement was when I asked for the information on his district or area manager maybe you should just do online payments"
