"North American moving company was professional and respectful in all phases of this move. The site coordinator answered all my questions in a timely (fast) manner. The move coordinator called to keep me updated on dates and times throughout the move. All belongings were delivered in the same condition as they were prior to the move... this I was very happy about. The delivery driver at drop off was professional, respectful, and showed care with our belongings and house. I would recommend this company and plan on using again. I gave it four stars because there was an issue with an item due to miscommunication but the company remedied immediately. Great job!"
"Moving my mother from Iowa to my home in Virginia wasn't an easy task, but, the people at Riley Moving and Storage did a fantastic job! They took superb care of all my mother's furniture, especially her antiques and special photos. They wrapped and packed everything securely, and delivered it to my home with absolutely no damage. We were extremely pleased with the care and attention to our needs by both the company and their driver/handlers. Ethan and Danielle were amazing, and we really enjoyed their company while they were loading and unloading mother's things. Thank you so much for an awesome move! We will definitely refer others to your company, and will definitely call you first if we ever need to move anything again!"
