"I can only give a review from the small phone conversation I had. It says on their site to call at least 24hrs ahead for any ride. Even thou they go to IVCC only on Tues and Thurs, I called on a Monday and I was told that I would have to call the next morning for a "same day pick up??" But they were full til Dec 21st. Now, I understand this is a county run service, but only going to the local community college twice a week, doesn't help us that go full time. And it's full til the 21st....that's cuz the school is closed for 2 weeks for xmas. And she still was going to schedule me. If the bus fills up that fast, especially for the school, that needs to be stated somewhere more specific on their site for students. Cuz it seems you need to schedule weeks in advance. I hate to bring up another county, and compare, but I had to take Grundy Trans for years, off and on, and they did trips to JJC whenever needed, and that ride is just as far as a trip from some places to and from IVCC. I kno Grundy County is smaller, so I would figure that here, would be better equipped to handle the volume of people here. I'm sure the people here are great, great for the community, especially for the veterans, which are important to me, so thank you.....And rides are super dependable, but unfortunately, I won't be able find out."

"Very impatient drivers, will get rude with you if you're not already outside waiting or if you take too long coming out. Better be standing outside or by your phone otherwise they're taking off."
"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They'll call and say someone cancelled your ride or just not show up and they'll make it out to be YOUR fault. Customer service is so HORRIBLE, even THEIR OWN BUS DRIVER says so. They're even way too hard to schedule. I've never used a worse business for anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
"Liking them MUCH better than BPART so far. NCAT has a much better system for paying and so far is much better at scheduling.... I rode with BPART from the time I had my stroke in 2010 until this Feb. 2022. Never had problems until they "centralized" things & I had to go through Princeton for everything. As long as I was calling St. Margaret's to schedule my needs, I never had issues. Things were fine."
