"I just called to try to setup an appointment for my daughters and the lady was being rude. So I kindly asked her if there was someone else that can help me. She cut me off and continued to talk over me and wouldn’t let me speak at all. And she hung up more than couple of times. After I called back to try to speak to someone else since she was not helping me. Very very rude receptionist. This office needs someone else answering the phone. She obviously does not have customer service skills. Very unprofessional."
