"I've heard very great things about this doctor. I was referred by a family member. Too bad the reception is terrible. I spoke to Amy who denied my son service because I said no to him getting the flu shot. She says its a new policy and the doctor will not see anybody unless they have the flu shot. They are really a waste of time. They need to have a sign up and also post it on their website. I'm sure the insurance companies don't know what they are doing either. When I Initially made an appointment I was told NOTHING about this new rule they have. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND UNPROFESSIONAL. When I said I was going to report them, Amy hung up so I called back and she blamed me for hanging up!! Terrible customer service. She should not be answering the phones."

"The doctor is phenomenal. However, the receptionist at the front desk makes it very difficult to obtain paperwork. I would appreciate a more kind, understanding and patient receptionists as opposed to someone who is rude, inconsiderate of the needs of the patients and more. I was trying to obtain some paperwork and I was hung up while on the phone multiple times."

"We went to see Dr Pandya in an urgent situation involving my child. He was unable to see us for a SCHEDULED appointment and waited until we arrived to tell us. I talked to him personally about this and he had an attitude. I did not feel that he was a good advocate for care for my child. I hope you have better luck! This happened in April of 2022."

"Dr Pandya has been my children’s pediatrician for over 20 years starting with my now adult sons and currently my 5 year old daughter. He is hands down one of the best doctors that I’ve had for anything. Very thorough and always communicative. I have contacted the office after hours in the middle of the night and he’s always answered, patiently listened, asked questions for clarity and either made an emergency appointment or instructed me to take my child to to ER. I also love how he casually talks to my daughter about school, summer trips, anything—it makes her comfortable with the visit (even when getting shots)."

"Our family loves him!!!! All 3 of our children have been going there since the birth of my first child almost 10 years ago. He has always given us quality service! He has always shown compassion and accuracy medically with our children. I wouldn't dare take them to another doctor. At his office we really feel like family and that's important for comfort purposes."
