"AWFUL! Duly only cares about one thing, MONEY! they do not care about patients, and these doctors do not care either. They will use nurses to throw tantrums, and hang up on you. They do not care about your kids health. They don’t do blood work on children unless you make them, because once again. MONEY. stay FAR FAR away!!!"
"Dr Croucher is great, but her staff is absolutely terrible and negligent. The nurse gave my child an EXPIRED vaccine due to lack of following policies and procedures. We weren’t informed until an hour after we left. This has been such an upsetting experience for my family. I’ve spoken to supervisors as well as the director of risk management about this situation. I was told the nurses should be checking the label 3 times before the syringes are even brought into the treatment room. Clearly that didn’t happen even once. Today I tried to schedule an appointment for my child to get his vaccine re-administered due to a mistake that THEY made, and the nurse I spoke to on the phone LAUGHED at me when I was trying to explain the situation. I have NEVER in my life been met with such disrespect, carelessness, and complete lack of empathy. These people are handling the health of children, and I understand that mistakes happen, but when mistakes occur the people at fault should be empathetic, understanding, and apologetic. I shouldn’t be met with rudeness, let alone, laughter at my situation. This has been so very upsetting to my child and myself. The trust was already broken after they gave my child an expired vaccine, and against my own judgement I was going to give this facility a second chance, but after today I absolutely can NOT trust these people to do right by my kids."
