"Quite honestly I’ve had a pretty good banking experience with FCCU. I just returned to them due to moving back to town and I’ve visited different branches. They provide great service everywhere. With the pandemic going on, they did extend communications through email rather than having to go in person, which has been really helpful. The only downfall, is that they must be busy following up in all emails and forget to complete certain things, but once you reach out and remind them, they follow through. We did our vehicle loan through them and it was so simple and we had answers within a day. It was so smooth of an application and process that we transferred our other vehicle loan over to them and then our son purchased his first vehicle and got his loan through them as well.
