"We have been going to Franklin Pediatrics for 7 years. I've never been impressed with the care my son has received, but he's a relatively healthy kid, so it's been fine. In the last month, however, my son got Covid. I called and asked for a refill of a med to help him breath. It took several days and several follow up calls for Dr. Khan to approve this refill. Now this week, I called after my son had influenza last week and started experiencing severe leg cramping. The receptionist said Dr. Khan wants to see him today. Dr. Khan did not examine or ask about the leg cramping and only wanted to test for influenza and strep. The short strep came back negative on Tuesday. The long strep can take 24-48 hours to read. It has been 72+hours and we are just now receiving a call to let us know the test came back positive. I would suggest finding a pediatrician that cares about their patients. That's what I'm going to do."

"Dr Khan was great but the rest of the staff was inconsiderate and rude. Told us they wouldn’t help us with formula and tried to convince my wife and I to buy an non hypoallergenic formula when Dr Khan put our baby on Hypoallergenic specific formula. Dr Khan told us they would help us with formula since we can’t find any *hypoallergenic* formula but apparently Dr Franklins staff has other ideas"

"I have taken my daughter to Dr. Khan for 5 years since she was born. He's an absolutely phenomenal Dr. He's very thorough and knowledgeable. Very kind, caring, compassionate and laid back. I've never seen him in any way but sincere and kind. I've had to call him multiple times outside of office hours and on the weekend, a few times on Sunday as well. He responded to my call quickly and was very kind, courteous and understanding and went above and beyond and took all the necessary steps to take care of my daughter. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kahn."

"My son and daughter have been going to this office since their very first appointment atfter birth. (10 years apart) He is now 11 years old and has a rare condition that has required many tests and specialists. Dr. Khan has always been amazing with him. I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!"

"- incorrectly diagnosed my child with C Diff. Recommended OTC probiotics (antibiotics treat C diff). Turns out it wasn't C diff. - receptionist schedules check ups a few days before the child meets a milestone knowing we couldn't do some vaccinations before the exact date. - delayed inputting appointment notes in child's file for more than a week. Notes included a referral to a gastro (which was never sent). - referred to a cardiologist without verifying insurance coverage. Told us it was our responsibility to check coverage. Never told us doctor's name, office name, doctors office number, address, etc. We were given the choices of "Iowa City or Peoria". $2000 bill came in and they've done nothing to accept fault for charges."
