She respects me as their parent and my intuition. She took the time to get to know our family first appointment. She always lets my homeschooled kids participate and learn something when we are there. We are almost always able to get in same day or next to one of the doctors when the kids are sick and I appreciate not having to always go to quick care. Most of the offices nursing and staff are also completely outstanding as well. Definitely a great place to go."
"I’ve never had such a terrible doctors appointment. As a first time mom taking her newborn to their first appointment I anticipated to have much better care and empathy from a doctor that’s been practicing for over 25 years. We had a “scare” with a newborn test that was delivered in a terrible way. I ended up immediately finding a new pediatrician after I talked to the staff at Genesis Hospital East about what happened at this office. They were absolutely appalled by our story. I don’t ever review places, but I would not want this to happen to another family. We ended up going to Genesis Health Group in Bettendorf and they were infinitely better and gave amazing care!"
