"Doctor: L. Rivera she's a great doctor! I think she's the only reason I come back to Barajas Vision Clinic. Location : Clean but smaller building. Service: I Feel they could be somewhat, welcoming to the patients, lack some profe Cashier: Ok Optical: I do like that they have many choices to pick from. A bit pricey though. Way too many employees-need to be friendlier-welcoming... professionalism : I was charged full price, when I agreed I would pay half, then the o/half when glasses would be ready...Tech was very apologetic, though. Overall Experience: I don't want this survey-review to seem negative by no means, just being honest..."

"The staff was very friendly and greeted us the minute we stepped in. The doctor was very patient! She went over the exam, questions, etc. was very thorough. I took my son with me and it was his first time getting an eye exam, she was absolutely amazing & patient with him! Definitely recommend."

"My daughter had a good experience except for the girl at the front desk. She wasn't welcoming or smiling or friendly or helpful and didn't have any answers to my questions and seemed as if she didn't want to be there and was burnt out. Customer Service is what makes or breaks a business and since this girl doesn't have the skills to do that job she needs to be replaced ASAP if the owner wants his business to thrive. The doctor was very nice and thorough. If it wasn't for the girl at the front desk I would've given a 5 star"

"The office staff very friendly, doc was very nice and knowledgeable. Was given my prescription and I went need door to the optical. But, the I had a question and went back to see if I could speak to the doctor. As I was talking to the young lady up front another staff member rudely interrupt and then introduced herself as the office manager. I then directed my question to her. Which she could not answer. She went to the back to talk to the doctor and I never saw her or the doctor come out again. So I have very mixed feelings about my visit. As a practicing PH you should always want to take question and make your patients feel as comfortable as possible. The office manager needs to learn how to address people and not interrupt in the middle of a conversation."
