"I been doing my taxes with Delia for years. She’s such a sweet lady and I’ve never had a problem with her, but ever since she switched to the new location I have encounter minor issues. I came to the realization that even friends and family that I’ve referred have experienced same issues. Regardless of the situation I gave her the benefit of the doubt this year and filed my taxes with her again. Now I am experiencing a minor issue AGAIN, so I call to address the problem and let me tell you whom ever I was speaking to was so RUDE, she didn’t let me finished my sentences, wouldn’t even listen to what I was saying, wouldn’t let me explain, kept speaking over me & was speaking to me as if I was a child. Excuse me but that’s not the way your treat your customers HER NEW STAFF IS SO RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & CARELESS. Nevertheless I definitely will not be a returning customer and there’s a reason why the people I have referred aren’t also returning."
