"Absolutely horrible customer service and handling of prescriptions I’ve been trying to obtain my inhalers and medication for over two weeks. they close early, consistently hang up on you, and don’t answer the phone or call back I am strongly considering moving forward with legal action. This is by far the worst and most unprofessional nursing staff I have ever seen at this point."

"Made two appts, one for blood work on friday, showed up and they said can't do blood draw cause the phlebotomist is off Fridays... So then why would we be scheduled to come in?! Then the second appt was made to go over results, and confirmed, showed up on the day and didn't have us on the schedule, could we come back. NO, you booked us to show up and take off work, make it work... The incompetency in this office is staggering. Go elsewhere!"

"Talked to a lady named Prudence sorta seemed off who was soo rude she kept talking to staff in the background, she could have at least put me on hold, terrible for someone who is trying to establish care this doctor came highly reccomended. Made me feel weird didn't end up making the appointment but have to warn people incase they call."

"Am so grateful to be back under his care! Awesome Family care... Until this past week...I was informed as a federally disabled person that the staff and dr would like me to mask even knowing I have 35% use of lungs to make others in waiting room comfortable. This is against disabilities act, hippa. OSHA, and completely BREAKS MEDICAL OATH Ms. Prudence. I have yet to recieve a call back confirming my appt is going to be honored with request of masking me in writing to be seen. Thank you...*****UPDATE 8-7-23 DR has replaced most of staff!! Have a great front office gal! Dr Asghar is a wonderful quite mannered Doctor. I love him and his family. My issues were how office staff handled me ...not Dr! And he has since found many ways to improve! Ty!"

"Went there once, 2 stars is pretty generous. Uncomfortable, first and foremost. But I went in with a lumbar injury (already had my MRI, and brought my disc with me to give to the Dr. Syed). He informed me that he cannot read the MRI as he is not radiologist, and advised me to send the report in that he is able to read. Makes total sense. So I called the radiology lab, and they sent the report in. That was last week. Called everyday since, with no answer or call back. I really don't know how he keeps his practice with that kind of care? Anyways, I am now going to Dr. Todd Griese, whom I recommend highly. Do your own due diligence, make your own decisions. But this was my experience, and I'm willing to bet that you can keep scrolling and you will find the same. Goodluck!"
