"The Web site is not working I try 2 different browsers, every year is the same, I have the same problem and now I see that more people has the same problem, I do not think is my connection because I am working and sending payments to other places. Please if you can ask your Tech Department to fix it. Thanks"
"Their website is not working at all. Can’t load the webpage whatsoever. The staff can’t fix this issue and the Att internet company can’t fix it also. I see tons of people stopped by their office and dropped off tax payments to them. It’s very inconvenient and annoying. Some people may needed to drive a long way because of this issue. I reported this issue to one of the staffs last year, I guess the company just don’t care of all of us anymore."
"The website has been down all weekend and is still down as of this morning. Yes, I tried opening it with different browsers and it didn't work. It says "Can't be reached." It's a little concerning that they are not aware that their site is down and this is the last day to pay without penalty. Unprofessional. Guess I'll have to drive it to the tax office in the middle of a pandemic."
