"Called ahead of time to set an appointment for a CONSULTATION to ask questions so that I could get everything necessary ready as I have only done taxes with W-2s before, never as self employed. So obviously I don’t have experience doing so which is why I scheduled a CONSULTATION. Drove a whole 2 hours for nothing. Upon walking in I was immediately pushed away with this business owners cynical passive aggressive attitude. The original person that answered me never asked me to bring any documents for a simple consultation. Craig talked to me in a very condescending manner. Very unprofessional I’ve never dealt with a grown man that spoke like a petty woman. He probably forgot his tampons this morning. I’m convinced the reviews on here are his family members or paid off reviews. My response to the owner: I congratulate your other first time customers that are small business owners that had everything together. Good job and pat on the back for them. However, when I set my appointment, I was very clear that I had never had any experience filing as a self employed individual and did not know what I needed in order to get started. Having stated that and having let your assistant know that I was driving from so far away it would’ve been nice that you gave me a heads up on the documents you would’ve liked to see ahead of time. And again with the petty “frustration from being late because of the weather” it was fifteen minutes and I was not frustrated. I was actually excited about this new experience. The way you addressed me was very demeaning. If I am filing taxes, and I am in your office, then clearly I have worked. You looked at me and said, “do you not work?” And started to talk to me in a very nasty way. You can respond all you want with all your professional lingo at the end of the day you treated someone poorly own up to it. Do better in guiding your customers. If I went to you, it was because your review said that you were open to answer all questions. However we weren’t fully even in the door and you were already being nasty. If you are tired, go home and let your assistant handle it. You didn’t welcome me like I was a customer ready to do business with you. Probably why your lobby was empty."

Information always accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast every single time, answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough to us to understand, efficient communication and a really easy way to get our taxes done every year.
