"i went here when i was 12, and reading the reviews i see nothing has changed. therapy here never helped me, i literally lied to the therapist and said i was okay now just so they could take me out of therapy because everyone kept blaming me for my issues and even threatening me to send me to a mental hospital if i didnt stop harming myself which i dont know if that was the right approach. each therapy session they would ask me yes or no questions, the same questions would be asked every appointment, my answers never changed, so one day i just decided to completely change my answers just so they could let me go. i was thinking of going back to therapy and i wanted to check this place out again but i definitely won’t be coming here anymore seeing as nothings changed."

"They don’t really seem to have doctors here just doctors over telehealth. Everything is very disorganized, no one knows what to do yet the case workers say they get millions in tax money. The staff has a very we don’t care attitude and can’t keep much in order, I had to call three or more times just to make sure my services are cancelled. You’ll also be calling multiple times just to get anyone you need on the phone. The state needs to get in here ASAP."

"I did some sessions with this type of “therapy place”, I had to get taken out of school just for these sessions because of my sleep issues or anger issues, The people there kept blaming me to “behave more better and don’t talk back” when my mom/grandma has been verbally/physically abusing me. A doctor who works with these people had told me (from what I remember) “Take away stuff thats bright or attracting so she (misgendering me) can sleep without anything loud” and I always sleep with music since it calms me down and makes me fall asleep. My mom did that and I stayed up till 12 pm (yes all the way from 10pm to 12pm) and the doctor said, “Why do you keep talking back and acting aggressive/violent?” and I answered, “I cant help it. She keeps bothering me over and over to clean stuff up even tho it isn't my mess, and Im super stressed over school work and upcoming tests, and by acting violent? I just got mad and I punched the nearest item which was an glass picture frame and I just calmed down.” and they said, “That isn’t a healthy way to corporate with Anger, Maybe you should stop talking like that by calling her rude stuff and maybe the Anger issues can go away.” I cant help it. its not just talking back. This service should just get professionals or just permanently close this place again. :("
