"They charge 75.00 for tax services and 400+ for “third party fees” so just about 500 dollars to get your taxes done. Takes several weeks to get refund. TurboTax is a much quicker process and gets you your refund within a week. However, they do help you get the most deductions. If you were referred by family and friends who have had services done there she will only give them $20.00. I called Janie for status update and was told that the Where’s my refund app isn’t validated information. When I check where’s my refund it says it’ll be in my bank by Feb 22nd and still I have not received anything. I’m becoming frustrated with this process that her tax services have done."
