"I’ve been doing my taxes with them over 5 yrs. This yr. I got a letter from IRS, that my return was under investigation. I have a standard return, with nothing extra.never had this happen before, so I call and ask the lady that answered what is the standard procedure when this happens, what can I expect. And she was super rude and told me, well Once we do them, thats it. Whatever happens after is not our problem. With the biggest attitude ever, I wasn't blaming them, just turning to them for guidance. I will not be going back to them. The men that do the taxes are super nice and professional, but they need a different receptionist that has better manners."
"We've been getting our taxes done there with the Benavides brothers for over 5 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are polite, very detailed, and so hilarious. Flat fee up front and you get your entire income tax within 2 weeks."
"Had appointment for over 2 weeks. Arrived on the specific date and time only to be told I'd have to wait in my car. No problem. After 30 minutes I called to ask about the wait. Was told it would be at least another 2 hours since they were backed up and hadn't had lunch yet. Absolutely horrible service! Would not recommend to anyone, very unprofessional. Went somewhere else and will NOT go back to Benavides Tax Service again."
"Please do not lie, I simply stated you should make a note on your appointment schedule on what documents to bring, at that moment YOU got upset and YOU aggressively said “EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT TO BRING” to which I responded not everyone knows that while I extended my hand out for YOU to hand me my papers, I Did NOT snatch anything from you and did not storm out, I even said bye and thank you to the lady in the front. Please don’t lie, it looks bad on you. Edit: If you “saw” the footage, then you are still lying. Y’all lack customer service manners. MOST good companies just take the bad review when it’s their fault like this time instead of trying to lie on a cm just to make you look good THEN Use your personal acct to give yourself a a review to keep your score up Lmao.
