"Horrible place to do business with. I made an appointment to talk to Ana Cervantes about helping me with tax information and book keeping for my lease property. Take into consideration that I am a disabled veteran, they had me standing outside in the hot summer San Antonio heat. I do not know for what reason their door was locked at 1pm/ 1300. I drove all the way from Floresville to San Antonio, just a waste of time. She could at least have told me know at the time I made the appointment that she didn't provide book keeping or tax information services. I guess they make to much money to serve people like me"
