"I was there to do my taxes. I had appointment with Oneyda on Feb 12 Sat. Apparently my appointment was not there so they reschdule it for Feb 19th. We went there and she mentioned said she have put all my information in and just need to enter Stocks info which will take longer so we rescheduled for Sunday Feb20. Sunday morning 30 min before appointment, I received a call that She is sick and that they will call me back once she is back to office. I did not received any call back so I CALLED them on Wednesday Feb 23rd to check where we are at. Oneyda picked up the call and told me that she is available on Friday Feb25th 6 pm. Now, just to confirm I called 2nd street 3 hours before the appointment and They are saying that she ia not available. I did not even receive any notice that the appointment today was not going to happen. This is so frustating. I have submitted all my information and my taxes are hanging now. I dnt know what is going on."

"Didn’t greet us, we sat down she simply said filing or getting estimate. She was very rude not professional didn’t know how to type. Gave us an estimate and before I could finish my sentance about thinking about it and coming back she cut us off. She just said ok! I was so in shock! Wow that was really horrible service. Gloria is her name."
