"Ben Cantú was the sixth option when I enter my zip code on the Non-Filer form. I called and personally explain my situation( wheelchair bound, not having my Van equipped to go out) and it was a Non-Filer, DACA, working at home. I did read Senate.gov, irs.gov and a few others official sites. Long story short I received an email from him just saying “You don’t qualify because You are not a U.S. citizen” The US senate, IRS, and the other official sites and media as The Wall Street Journal, USA Today News, to mention a few. are wrong. "These people missed income that was clearly attached to my paperwork. I owed IRS $1500. When I confronted the owners mother who did my taxes, she ignored me and would hang up my calls. Not a good place for business!"
"Lack the qualifications and knowledge for business tax returns. When I met with Ben some years ago, our tax return was filled incorrectly and would have cost us $30,000 dollars more in taxes had I not double checked or taken it to a certified public accountant. The cost for the service was not cheap either given they did not have a CPA license or EA. The cost for my ignorance in my early 20s was $3,650 for a simple 1065 with no depreciable equipment or complex transactions. Many people take advantage of uneducated people with small businesses. This is how it felt years ago. Shop around and find someone that will help guide you in taking advantage of tax incentives."
