"One PHD level therapist postponed our appointment three times in a row, arriving over 30 minutes late, and took the session from a public hospital area. While the therapist did share that she might be running a little late, this was not only extreme, but the unprofessional and unethical nature of taking an appointment in a hospital waiting area, where background noise clearly was impacting her ability to even effectively listen, was truly shocking. (And I was still charged for this half session.) The only reason I am giving two stars, is because prior to seeing this therapist, I saw one who was half-way decent but had little to no evening or weekend availability."

"The scheduler recommended me to a therapist Michael Sheputis for Diagnosing my ADHD. However the therapist wasn't able to provide medication or even recommend medication to my primary care physician. At the end of our second session he remanded someone who could. I wanted to ask "Why was I even talking to you?" Total waste of time and money. If you would like to solve your issue with medication make sure you see a PHD."
