All therapists at Hauser Family Therapy accept BCBS PPO and are out of network providers with multiple insurance carriers, supporting families, couples, adolescents, children, and individual men and women.
Clients are encouraged to ask questions about the therapy process, and can find answers to frequently asked questions on our website. Intake forms can be downloaded and completed before the first appointment, saving time during the initial visit. At Hauser Family Therapy, we are committed to helping individuals strengthen their relationships and live healthier lives.

"David inappropriately terminated care with me without referral after collaborating with a psychiatrist at the Family Institute whom incorrectly diagnosed me. The psychiatrist, Michelle Gavin, also terminated care at the same time claiming that she "did not treat mood disorders." Made zero sense. It was a malpractice case quite frankly. I did not even have a mood disorder. I hope that my case was a learning experience for him as a young therapist. However, it took quite a toll on me at the time. A handful of years later, I am doing significantly better after stopping all medication and working with an experienced social worker. While things may have changed more recently, I think you can find a better therapist elsewhere."
