"Treatment is good, counselors are exceptional. But, dietician will never see you, i had hard time seeing her and never achieved. My diet was so different from theirs, wanted to see her if there was any resolution, but she never saw me. She could have atleast saw me and explained, but she ignored. Having only 1 doctor for a place that has about 100 clients is kinda stupid to me, not sure about how one doctor is enough for that much non stop circulating clients. Also, Dec 20th, 2023 they had their staff Christmas party. To me, robbing clients their one of the groups, a rec group, and celebrating their party at the gym hall is wrong, like a company diverting its mission and goal. We were told that staff were having their christmas, so we wouldn't have a recreation group. It was about to be skipped again due to understaffing on 26th again (no staff to take us to the gym and open the door), but C2 Samantha were told situation by me, took a quick action and took us there, shout out to her. I was never explained my rights as a client. But i was fully explained what my jobs/chores and responsibilities and duties. Anywapys, treatment itself i would give 5 stars, food 3 stars, medical 3 stars, staff communication 4 stars, thats why overall 4 stars. Notice that i didn't mention all good things about that place. In the end, place like that does not need to change for 1 addicted person like me. Keep it up, and thank you Gateway at Lake Villa!"
