"This was my first experience with reiki. I have had my chakras read before, so I was comfortable and somewhat expected some of the reactions I may have. I had NO clue how much reiki would help me, and how comfortable J made me. She is extremely knowledgeable and confident in her skill. I have had heavy, tight pain in my neck and shoulders for months. During the session, I felt a release that allowed me to take a deep breath without pain. First time in a long time. I experienced some different energies such a a pull, temperature differences in the crystals and waves over my body. It was an intense experience for me, but such a good one! I can't wait to go back.
