"Her scheduling was very slim (only like one day a week.) When I was unable to come to my appointments, she would say I was hurting her business. She is a very nice lady in terms of her counseling services, as she brought up many good things I needed to know about my situation. However, her prices and scheduling were rough. There was a day I had a flat tire and couldn’t make it to the appointment, and she gave me a guilt trip about it. After finishing seeing her, I received an invoice being charged $75 for not attending one of my appointments, when she was well aware I wasn’t coming that day. I never just didn’t show up, she always knew I wouldn’t show. But she charged me $75 for letting her know I wouldn’t be there. I thought I was there for her to make money instead of for me to actually get help."

"I think this woman is fantastic! I went to her for career counseling and was very satisfied. When I first went I'll admit I had my doubts. I had gone to other counselors before and they hadn't really helped me, but she was completely different. I felt very comfortable talking and opening up to her. She asked some very thought provoking questions that sounded simple, but really made you stop and think. Her mannerisms were kind yet professional and it felt like she genuinely cared about me finding a career that was right for me. Her office was off the main road, but still very easy to find. It was clean and comfortable and it sounds strange, but what I liked the best about it is that it didn't feel like an office. It had a cozy relaxing feel yet it wasn't distracting so you could concentrate on your session. I walked away from our sessions feeling as if I she helped me untangle my big knot of thoughts and find answers that had always been there. They just needed someone to help me sort them out. Keep in mind no one can wave a magic wand and tell you what you need to do, but if your looking for someone to help unclutter your thoughts, I highly recommend Janet. I've driven 50 miles one way to speak with her and it is worth every mile."
