"I have had pretty decent experiences here with my 18 month old, unfortunately i will be changing providers because my last 2 appointments for my newborn have been not so great. Friday 11/4 we were scheduled at 10am, arrived 9:50, nurse came in and did exam and we did not see a dr until after 11:40am. Had to come back sunday 11/6 to get billi rueben levels checked, scheduled at 11am, arrived 10:50, same exam with nurse, didnt see a dr until 12:25pm. I completely understand things happen and people get busy but not once did anyone come in and let us know that we would be waiting this long, tell us dr would be in, etc. I hate to change providers for my daughter but it seems like patients are not a priority at this office."
