"I wouldn't recommend this location 23900 Katy! The worst customer service!! On 10/10/19 my daughter was having complications from a surgery she had on the 7th. We came to this hospital's emergency room. My daughter was asked to do a urine test because of the surgery she had. They had her holding the urine in the waiting roomfor over 30 minutes! Wow! The RN named Adam, came to the waiting area to get us, he did offer a wheel chair my daughter declined. He offered pain meds, which was also declined because we wanted to have some test done 1st. Adam's didn't give us eye contact his reponse was sarcastic " It's your body you don't have to do nothing or take anything" the way he said it made us feel some kinda way. What really confirmed what we were feel is when he was so far ahead of us he literally was 50 steps in front of us. He pointed to the room 22 didn't escort us in. I had to help my daughter to the bed why was he rude and not helping? Then I had a flash back when we finished our registration papers and entered the hallway waiting area a female nurse or CNA called my daughter's name after waiting a couple of hours from the other end of the hall. My daughter got up heading toward the nurse.This nurse didn't acknowledge my daughter walking toward her! She started helping another person. My daughter said you called my name! Her excuse was she didn't see us! There was only about 3 additional people in the long hallway area. A man with a woman and then another man by himself. We had to wait at least another 30 minutes!! Then we came across the RN Adam. I told a few people and their accusations had me think some kinda way about the staff caring for all people!! However, we did come into contact with a few good RN such as Arin who help my daughter to the bathroom, Efern the EKG specialist. Kyle was also compassionate; he asked her if she need anything and brought her a blanket. Ericka was the discharge nurse she was very nice too. Marilou was the RN nurse that was in charge off my daughter well-being and she mentioned pain meds only and we didn't see her anymore She didn't let her know where the call button or remote for the TV. Did offer any assistance. The bed was broken you couldn't adjust the head or the feet. This hospital needs some cleaning up with the RN's staff."

"Be ready to wait and employees seam to be nice but they are not. There's a under tone and they are just plain rude. I can recall when this hospital treated like royalty. Not any more I felt like was in a county hospital getting free treatment due to being poor..."
