Reviews
"Rupert Johnson and John Mcpeak so you both make around $75,000 a year or more. We help pay that to you. You work for US the tax payers. You are obligated to US the citizens not your buddies. Rupert Johnson and John Mcpeak have violated their constitutional oath to office. To help ALL citizens but Rupert Johnson and John Mcpeak are literally WASTING our hard earned money and using is like their own personal bank accounts. They just agreed to waste $1000.00 to survey our property on Holland Street just because Rupert Johnson thinks he's superior. They illegally diverted their buddies water into our property. Kerry Johns use to be on the board. Nepotism is happening in Harrisburg Illinois. Our property is on the corner of Holland Street and Madeline street if anyone wants to go personally look. Go look for yourself and you can visibly see a favor was done. My mother in law was poor and Kerry and these board members knew it to. They took advantage of her being poor knowing when they did this she didn't have the means or the education to beat this. Disability act. She's disabled"
"Rupert Johnson, John McPeek are doing ilegal favors for their friends and family. Illegally diverted their buddies water Kerry Jones yard and illegally put in a culvert to drain in the middle of our property with absolutely NO where for the water to go. We the people want and need better from the people WE elect and pay their paychecks. VOTE THEM BOTH OUT. New people new Harrisburg Illinois. Out with the old and in with the NEW. NO more nepotism in Harrisburg Illinois."
"Didn't understand why we had to go into a basement ln the bank"
"This is one town there is nothing avaliable to help with home rehabilitation there is no help in this area from any resource including the city hall and grants I see why the homes look like they do around here"
