Ste. Genevieve National Historical Park

"I am rating the National Historic Site specifically. First, each time we were at the visitor's center, we were greeted warmly and promptly. The building was warm and informative, and the bathrooms were clean. We took both house tours with a docent who was very well versed about both places. She answered all of our questions, redirected us when we got off topic, and stayed longer than she had to to answer everyone's questions. I can't wait to see how this park develops."

"The staff here is first rate. Very friendly and helpful. Drop in to watch the video and take a tour. Very clean and new. If you are a Gold Star family or vet, drop on and apply for your park pass... lifetime. Bring a state ID or Vet ID that shows you are a vet or your DD214. Visit them they can recommend places to visit."

"A great historic town to visit. This is a very new park and it can be expected that the many historical structures and buildings in the town will be restored over time and the stories of the early history of the town will be explored and told to those who visit."

"We were passing through somewhat remotely and decided to stop for the Passport Book stamps and Junior Ranger Badges. It's a small spot with multiple locations to walk. It's not a short stop time wise if you want to see it all. You'll have to check times for the Ranger led tours for each building. We just didn't have the time."
