"Very positive, very customer focused and very friendly. I support my mom and her hearing needs...she had been to a couple other audiologists one on Broadway and another on Blanco, and they only either sold her new hearing aids or tried to sell her new hearing aids...She has had a pair of Starkey for many years that fit over the ear...as it turns out the audiologist here at National Hearing Center downloaded the latest software for the older model Starkey, adjusted the volume for each ear, sold her some tips, and all for a fraction of the cost of new pair. We have a follow up appointment for June...this is a full service hearing aid center and I would recommend them to anyone. And best of all my mom can now hear so much better when she is a crowded noisy room. Thank you National Hearing Center."
