"I'm had an appointment but waited hours to be seen. Finally got into a room and was given a complete work up of tests that lasted over an hour and a half before the doctor came in to even ask why I needed to be seen. All he kept bragging about was his accomplishments, and kept referring to the pictures of himself on the office walls. Completely self absorbed and arrogant. Then,he tried to sell me a weight loss plan. I'm never returning to this quack practice. My insurance won't even pay for some of the tests they administered. How does this guy still have a license to practice???"

"Dr. WILLIAMS is an arrogant jerk. If you are honestly looking for a family doctor I beg you not to come here. They are extremely money hungry and Dr. Williams will try to sell you his diet plan. He will honestly keep pushing it on you. As soon as you say no he will then start to become rude and brag on how he climbs mountains and that's why he's going to live a long healthy life unlike you. Yes those were his words. Worst doctor ever. And his staff is just as rude."

"I am out of town in another state, I needed my prescriptions refilled which are NOT Narcotics. I went into the office before I left, I told them I was going to be gone for several months to be with my mother who is undergoing Chemotherapy and Radiation treatments. They said they would take care of it. I get here and after the first month went to refill, and I was told there was no more refills. I contacted them and I was told they can't do more then a one month supply without me coming in for lab test, which cost almost $3,000 dollars. They are money hungry and don't care about you or your health. I now have to go to the Emergency room just to get medications because I am not moving here. If you want a good family doctor this is NOT the place. Dr. Williams is arrogant and rude. He has the mentality that he is the Dr and you don't know anything. Also EXPECT at least 5-6 hour WAIT before you get out of there, I have waited up to 7 HOURS just to get in for a common cold or to get refills on my medication. If you are somewhat over weight, they try to cram their weight loss program down your throat almost every time you go in. At one visit I was asked 4 times if I wanted to pay for it. Don't expect to get more then a month of prescriptions either, you have to go into the office each month just for refills and get labs THESE PEOPLE ARE MONEY HUNGRY. I DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!"

"Billing is always an issue, wait is long, but doctor Avila is good. got to find me another. Update 11/18/15: both of the other doctors left the practice and I was not informed that the doctor I was seeing was gone nor how to reach her. Medication refills for me are an issues. currently without meds for 3 days going on 4 tomorrow and they still have not sent them in to get refilled. after these blood work results going to get another doctor. Oh and currently been waiting on hold for 10 minutes waiting to talk to the nurse Jenna about my medications being filled, they just keep picking up the phone and putting me back on hold. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT GO HERE."

"I had a very poor experience at the Military Drive practice. First the fact that I want only female nurses caused me to have to wait for hours even when showing up early, and putting in this request with my paperwork in person to both the doctor, her male nurse, and the receptionist. This was followed by the confusion of a receptionist telling me I only had to pay the first copay, and that my blood test diagnostics and pap smear would both be scheduled on the same day with no copay. To this, I was simply informed she no longer works here, not even an apology for being misinformed of payment. I also made it clear I would not want an EKG nor did I need one, or did I want to pay for it and as a patient, I have this right. I was even told at the front desk I didn't have any reason to worry and I had to do was say no. This lead to me waiting another tenty minutes with anxiety as the doctor tried to convince me and went to see what she needed to do. I never felt so mislead, and since this is my first insurance in a long time, I expected better than what confusion was surrounding me. My mother-in-law has never waited more than twenty minutes, and my husband has never had such a long wait. I even came 40 minutes early for my blood diagnostics because I am worried about cervical cancer, and after the forty minutes I was waiting another 2 1/2 hours before I started to have a panic attack, which was discussed as an issue with my doctor related to PTSD with infant molestation by my male doctor and that waiting in clinics too long makes me stressed in the most unhealthy way. I asked the front desk to see how long it would take and they couldn't even tell me, they were so behind the elderly were standing with no chairs. I asked for my primary care to be switched to one with female nurses to hurry my arduous wait, and informed there was only one. I asked if I could just have my medical records, and was told no because the doctor who had no place to squish me in with my needs of a female staff must go over the results. I have since dropped this practice, especially when I was informed the man running it would expect to meet with me one day even if it was against my wishes. Worst part, is sitting in the overcrowded waiting room got me and my fiance sick, and ruined my wedding this Friday, and now I am getting a bill for paperwork that could save my life but that I can't access because I don't have the extra money to pay for it. I was let down, this practice is not together, when I called and complained, I was told there are multiple nurses, but MAs so I suppose they had more important things to do than quickly take my vitals for five minutes. This was the most disorganized, archaic laptop-running office I have ever seen, and that is compared to University Health Care. I feel disrespected, disgusted, and that I was treated as a bother for being molested as a child and having certain understandable staffing needs. My entire family has decided to go elsewhere, and found a wonderful clinic which can actually do all my physical, lab work, and pap smear in one visit; one copay. This place could only do that in three visits, with me waiting many hours each time? It sickens me I get to pay a bill for my personal information I was never given. I am having it faxed over to the new, together-with-it practice, and I hope you start to respect not all women want a male nurse, to wait for many hours over the request, and not force patients with anxiety disorder to be punished waiting by your inferior planning and scheduling. ."
