"Rating this a 1 star is giving this place too much credit. Very disgusting place! Do not come here! Find another sleep lab,avoid this dump. The lab was not at all appealing. Call center called nonstop to make appointment reminders. They ask ridiculous questions that take about half an hour to go over. Not to mention, calling you at inappropriate times. ie:work. Not professional at all nor trained well. Charge you a ridiculous no show fee of $200.00 A $100-$150 patient prep fee, if in the event you change your mind and decide to leave. (Which you pay out of pocket! ) (And I am willing to bet the technician does not recieve any of it). Company seems shady, money hungry. And the so- called cpap mask was not new, it looked re-used. But tech said it was new. Doubt it. Plus the tech took out the hose from the night stand and placed it back in the morning. I'm willing to bet they do not sanitize or clean the equipment. Disgusting! Just avoid this dump!"

"When I showed up building was locked which I can understand for patient safety, however being 1st time patient I should have been advised that it's after hours for everyone in building but someone in scrubs will drive up at 8:10 which I will have to ask if they are with the sleep center then wait for them to go set up then they will go back outside and let you in! Then I received a call today about a 2nd appointment that I knew nothing about but they are adamant that I was told and I just don't remember setting up the 2nd because that's their policy. But they sure do tell you about a $200 fee that your charged it you don't show up. I'm glad I waited around for awhile before leaving on my 1st visit or I would have been charged! Very unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone"

"They reached out contacted me about a refund and 8 weeks later I have yet to receive anything. After multiple ureturned calls, ignored messages I have finally reported then to the BBB. It seems that no one there EVER answers the phone yet they toit all these open business hours. The ""Business" office id this mysterious unknown location where there must not be phone service as they don't return calls. HORRIBLE, horrible, 0 customer service skills! I will be posting this all over my FB and telling all my friends who referred me there to stop sending people that way. I've also related all of this experience to 4 of my different doctor groups who usually send their patients over there"

"I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I was told that I couldn't even get information on if their facilities were clinics or hospitals without going through a half hour long scheduling process. After trying to talk to someone about the poor customer service, I spoke with Joe, and now I know why no one else there thinks twice about their poor customer service. Joe talked over me at every opportunity. I literally never finished a sentence, and, in the end, he told me to go somewhere else and hung up on me. Courtesy and professionalism is unknown to them."

"I arrived at the 1604 location at 815pm for an 8.30pm appointment. At 8.22pm I received a a call from a blocked caller ID to inform me that the tech was running late due to a traffic wreck on the highway. I was told that the tech would be 10 mins late. I waited and waited until 9pm. The location was remote and not brightly lit, not a great thing for a female on her own. I went home very upset as nobody kept me updated with another telephone call. The next day when I called to speak to the manager her tried to say that I was called again at 8:50pm, a complete and utter lie. They were not in the slightest bit interested that I had been massively inconvenienced. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME!!!"
