"Very friendly staff and the woman with long blonde hair had a smile on her face at all times and was checking on us to make sure we felt welcome! I appreciate the hospitality cause that visit to my brother was very important! It’s been years since I seen him and we had a great visit!"

"I can see why they only have a 3 and 1/2 stars they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. When you start a job at a new place, training is a must so they patients have the best care possible. Not here, training is nonexistent!!! You have nurses telling you, it's not my place to help or show you around. (It's not my place, you'll have to figure it out) Wow, right! Current C.N.A.s walk right by you when you ask them for information on a patient's current condition, so they can have the best possible care. Nancy John is rude for an administrative. One finally talks and gives the number to call her to ask for assistance. She said to ask a CNA for help. Hello, they are just as rude as you are. No wonder this place can't get good C.N.A.s. They are horrible, rude, place to work for.... Thanks but NO Thanks!"

"My family member was admitted to Allure of Galesburg in desperate need of help. The Social Service and Nursing Departments heard my concerns, saw my family member's condition and helped us through a very difficult time. All the staff of Allure of Galesburg did an outstanding job and truly care about the residents. Each time I visited the facility it was always well staffed with caring individuals who were extremely helpful, the building was clean and did not smell, but most importantly the residents I saw were happy, well cared for and clean. The staff interaction with the residents was amazing, they knew the residents and took time to visit with them. My family member has been discharged and doing outstanding thanks to the time the Allure of Galesburg spent taking care of him and educating him about his health and medical conditions. Unfortunately, my family members are getting up in age and I have dealt with many nursing facilities in the last 10 years. Allure of Galesburg you are my TOP choice of care! THANK YOU!"

"Jenny S.-I was at Allure of Galesburg for short term. While there I had an overall positive experience. Housekeeping kept rooms and dining room really clean. I liked that there were a variety of activities offered and all staff were so friendly and really went above and beyond. If I ever need nursing care again, I would definitely return! My care received was amazing! Other residents made an impact and I'm glad to have met them; I have a new outlook of gratitude and appreciation thanks to my stay at Allure of Galesburg."
