"Excellent payroll company"
"I used to love Advantage payroll when they were local in Midland. Two months ago I received a letter saying that the Midland location would be closed but I would keep my same rep who was Phyllis whom I really liked and the only change would be a different phone number to call her by. I have called her extension at least 8 times in the last 4 weeks and have never been able to talk to her. The payroll has been messed up every time, and I get a different person every time. One lady was quit rude in the phone because I didn’t know my account number. I never knew I had an account number. I used to be able to call Phyllis talk to Phyllis and my payroll was always right. I could also get my payroll the same day I called it in. Now it’s mailed to me a day later, and sometimes two days later. I am really disappointed in this new system. I happened to drive by Advantage today and I saw a lady walking out with a white envelope just like the ones I used to get from them. I got excited and so I stopped and went in the offices look the same there is still a receptionist so I asked if I could talk to Phyllis and she told me no. Why is there still an open office with a receptionist there if they are really closed. I’m just so disappointed from going with a great company a month ago to this horrible situation I’m in now with no explaination and terrible customer support."
"The Baton Rouge Branch is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Our payroll is wrong most weeks. When I called the main office in Texas to get help they told me there is nothing they can do as they are individually owed. So when they say they get it right the first time - don't believe it."
