"My spouse went the clinic Saturday morning and saw PA Norma or Laura. Seen quickly and received a shot for pain. But the prescription was never sent in as promised. So still in pain. Very disappointed in the follow up by the PA. Update: Muscle relaxer prescription was not called in by the PA that Saturday. Saturday from 2pm to 6:30pm spoke to 4 medical staff and 3 RNs. At 6:30pm promised prescription would be electronically sent so pickup on Sunday. Was not. Monday was Xmas. Finally got it sent to pharmacy and picked up on Tuesday. If you may choose your medical provider recommend NOT using WellMed!"
