"Absolutely rude and zero empathy. We met only once or twice for my initial consultations two years ago and since then all of our meetings have been virtual. She had zero interest in what I had to say and cut me off on multiple occasions while on phone with her. I attributed all of that to the lack of direct communication and cultural difference. After two years, she finally does an in person appointment, when I reached the office, no one was available in the front office to greet and it took me couple of trips in and out of the office until someone from nextdoor confirmed that I was at the right place. She arrives 8-10 min late to let me into her office in the back while I was sitting there confused whether i reached the right establishment. No sign of regrets for the delay and confusion that was caused. The appointment carried on with the same old questions that she has been asking me since day 1. She made it clear that she is certainly not interested in taking calls when i asked if i can call the office to double check appointment times, mode of appointment etc. she was visibly upset and asked me to rather set phone reminders on my phone. I was only putting up with her because I wanted to give her the benefit of doubt. Also as an ADHD patient, I am usually hesitant to disrupt the routine no matter how uncomfortable it is. This last visit was an eye opener for me to find another doctor who can actually empathize with their patients."
