"Corrected my child's ear. They know all the different kinds of deformities and how to fix them. The plastic molds they put on the ear are breathable and flexible enough for the baby to be comfortable. Bedside manner is great."

"Do not come here! It's a scam. You must pay upfront for the procedure. It takes the billing department MONTHS for them to submit all insurance claims. They do not follow up with insurance, you as a patient have to follow-up with insurance to see what is the hold up. Then you find out insurance is requesting more documentation, but Ear Wells states they never got that communication from the insurance. It’s a lot of back and forth. You are off better going else where. The doctor also isn't present. He does everything virtual and the NPs are trained to place the molds on the ears."
