Broadway National Historic District

"Back in 1975, we were students at Augustana College. We rented this very house for our upcoming Junior year. Just this past weekend, three of us visited this milestone house that we once lived in."

It would be nice to see landlords not be able to purchase these homes as many have turned them into apartments. Broadway has the potential to become a national treasure!"

Neighbors are nice and look out for each other and you feel like you're in a community of like minded people who love history. Every time I look around I am always noticing something new and beautiful. It's gorgeous and magical in all seasons. Very fun to raise a family here."
