"Phlebotomists PUT ME IN DANGER. So I went to this facility because my wife went here and told me how great it was; however, I did not have the same luck. On February 1st, 2024 I seen my physician Susana, who was awesome and very sweet, but then had to provide blood samples since I was a new patient. The first phlebotomists who was this short young lady with black hair and kind of heavy was unable to find my vein, which I wasn't happy with because the vein in my left arm is usually the best one, but then she asks for help. So another Phlebotomists comes in, who is about average height and build with blonde streaks in her hair (if I can remember right). The first issue that I had is she came into the room with gloves already on, unfortunately by the time I realized this she was already touching my previously punctured arm to feel for a vein, so I didn't know whether she came in with a fresh pair of gloves or if she had been using them on someone else or touching other things with it. Then the second issue was that she dropped the tube for my blood to go into on the floor twice and picked it up both times and proceeded to touch my arm to check my vein, which were bleeding from the previous punctures. I would also like to note that the room I was in was not clean and even had stains on the floor next to me which could've been someone else's dried blood for all I knew. Although I was upset with the way in which my blood was taken I thought to myself, I'm sure I'm fine and the chances of me getting a disease in my blood from this is low. However, starting about 3 days after this visit I started experiencing concerning symptoms, I got diarrhea out of nowhere, I felt warm in my house when my house was at 66 degrees Fahrenheit, I felt like lymph nodes in my body were swelling on and off, pain in my abdomen, itchy skin, and burning sensation that comes and goes. I don't know if these symptoms are from becoming infected while sitting in the waiting area and being around someone who was sick with like the flu or covid, or if these are symptoms from contracting a blood disease from the unprofessional and careless way the phlebotomists to my blood samples. Ironically I was seeing a different facility prior to this one and was tested for blood diseases and of course had none, I'm married for God sake. Now I have to wait until 18 days have past and start getting tested for blood diseases such as HIV and more to make sure I'm okay. Your suppose to go to the doctor and get better, not possibly get exposed to something that can affect you for the rest of your life. I will not be returning to this facility and if anything comes up abnormal in my blood over the next 6 months to a year I will be suing this facility. Go here at your own risk. Let my review serve as a warning to choose a better place"

"Went to my doctors visit early. Appointment was set for earlier that day as soon as opened and was rescheduled for 1:45, first thing. Came to my appointment early and waited to be called twenty mins later. Sat in the back and waited for the doctor to come and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! An hour of absolutely nothing. Told I was going to get a referral..NOTHING. No pap because instead of my scheduled woman doctor the man doctor didn’t feel comfortable. No blood work because I ate three hours before so basically they wanted me to starve all day until my appointment a big waste of time. Never going there again!"
