"The staff and Leslie were great and very helpful. Dr. Mass is very unprofessional when it comes to timeliness. For one appointment I had to wait 40 minutes between seeing the nurse and Dr. Mass coming in. By then we had been in there 2 hours. For the next appointment, I waited 35 minutes and still was not attended by Dr. Mass. Extremely disappointed by the Dr. since everyone else was amazing. If Dr. Mass is overbooked, appointments should be spread out more. Truly a waste of time for patients."
