"Sarah Wagner was honestly disrespectful. I’m a first time mom and I came with questions. She answered them very matter of factly and condescendingly. For example, I was notified by my pharmacy that a doctor at Loyola stopped my prescription for prenatals. The pharmacy contacted Loyola but it was still pending for 2 weeks. I finally had my appointment with Wagner and she informed me that no one would stop the prescription…ok well someone did. I told her it’s not a big deal, just needs to be reordered. She then informed me that “I could’ve just got some over the counter”. Ok first of all, if I could’ve gotten them OTC why are they prescribing them? I figured those are the specific ones they wanted me to take. I’m also 6months pregnant and no one told me I could do that. I was just following doctors orders. She made it seems as though it was my fault for the miscommunication or the fact that the hospital never got back to the pharmacy was on me. All the doctors are busy because they make it a point to say that lots of women are pregnant right now, however for the most part they are still fairly nice. I love Julie Marks!"
