"My experience at Coyote Village started out fine, but over time, it became quite worse. It is mainly a complaint towards how many things don't work properly. The ac does not work well mostly, leaving rooms hot and humid. There are only 4 washing machines, and 2 of them are almost always out of order. Multiple pieces of furniture were broken when I moved in. My toilet has stopped working multiple times. There are good things about it, though. I love the privacy of having my own room. The room is a good size too. The food at the cafeteria is good and varied. The price just does not seem justified, though."

"It's not a horrible place to live, but be warned there usually are many issues. My roommates and I️ had torn up furniture when we moved in from the previous owners and Faith has not given us a new chair even though my roommate has been reminding her as much as possible. There also has been pipe bursts, and issues of the laundry room burning holes in someones clothes. It is nice of 1or 2 semesters if you need to save up for a real apartment, but I️ don't recommend any longer than that. You'll probably miss a dishwasher and full size fridge too much."

"This is an excellent dormitory for any college student. It is very adorable and great location right next to the campus. The security is a plus, as well. The living facilities are adequate to a college students needs, while helping them achieve independence while on a college budget. The basic furniture is even include, so you are all set! They even have recreational facilities to enjoy. Top choice!"
